You've probably noticed-I've changed the name of this blog. I want to be a little more focused in this blog about...well the thing I wanted to blog about in the first place-and that's encouraging others. I still want to blog about day to day things but relate them more to the lessons I feel that God is teaching me throughout life. Maybe some of you will be able to identify with them. So hopefully you will see a change for the better!
I want to say that I appreciate you taking the time to read this blog and those who take the time to comment. Thanks!
So I just have to share a funny little story. Monday I was feeling kind of down and blue. It had been a very hard day with the kids and I had a migraine hangover from Sunday. I was going to brush my teeth and was asking God "Why does life seem so hard at times" And as I was squeezing the toothpaste out of the tube I began to laugh. It was as if I was getting a metaphor right in front of me! As I pushed and pushed the toothpaste from the bottom of the tube up, it dawned on me: sometimes God allows us to get squeezed so the good stuff can be forced out the top! HAHA! Well needless to say, it was an epiphany for me. People say God has a sense of humor and I believe it!
So the next time you feel squeezed, remember, that it so the good stuff can come out...minty fresh!
Thanks for reading!
