Okay this is my third attempt at blogging today. I somehow lost my first blog...that wasn't even finished. Then I lost my second blog...that was finished...so I'm starting over..barely. First of all, I'm sorry I haven't sent a "real" blog in almost two weeks. Which equals the amount of time that I've been homeschooling my oldest daughter for the first time.

First of all I'm sorry I haven't even sent out a real blog in the last two weeks (crafty Friday always survives!) But I've been feeling a little bit of a blogger's block. I've been searching out places to find inspiration but finally came to a realization that I'm in one of my "moods" where I seem to clam up while I brood over...whatever. Upon realizing this I thought this is a great opportunity to do something different and try to articulate what I'm feeling. Since I can't completely articulate it I'll put it in bullet points:

The season is changing and so am I (haha)
In anticipation of the hustle and bustle and budget busting times ahead, I wanted to prepare myself by making gifts waaay early so I can focus on the real reason for the season (Jesus) and thanking God for all He has done this year.
Okay-that last bullet point was not really a bullet point
I feel overwhelmed because of the second bullet point
I've been busy cleaning, organizing, "fallifying the house autumn decor"
Pondering the direction of my life creatively

There! I did it! Are you clapping? I am...in my mind...
