Hello,

I totally meant to blog Monday but with technical difficulties, sick kids and my first days of homeschooling, my equilibrium is a little off. But I wanted to take a minute and post some pics. I got a lot of encouragement from friends on facebook. But I'd like to hear from adults whose parents home schooled and what their experiences were. I've heard only good things about it. But I have to give it up to moms who have been doing it for years! But most importantly, Selah and Hadessa had fun, learned something and even Micaiah got to help out with planting a garden. We're using the Weaver cirriculum suggested to me by a friend. It's really simple and all laid out for you-which is perfect for a homeschooling newbie!

I also got some great vegetables from my mother in law's organic garden! Stop by her website when you get a chance and check out all the great stuff that is happening at her mission and the community garden!

i have heard that curriculum is really good! the kids should have fun with it! great pic!
